Founded in 2018 by a team of seasoned executives and serial entrepreneurs, Halston Court Capital focuses on identifying opportunities and executing strategies to build great businesses and lasting legacies.

Since we are not a private equity fund, we are unencumbered by the time constraints and other limitations typical of that structure. We invest our own capital and offer expert leadership in business, strategy, and operations to drive success.

Historically active in industries ripe for consolidation, we implement a combination of acquisition, integration, and organic growth strategies to build common culture and industry-leading brands.  

We have invested in several different industries and sectors, however our primary focus has been on catering to the needs of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals and families. Serving this clientele forms part of our DNA, becoming a trusted partner to our clients, offering them a highly personalized bespoke service and meeting or exceeding each client’s personal objectives.   

Today, we are exclusively focused on the hospitality sector and, in particular, on the emerging ultra-luxe, high-touch vacation rental industry.    

Over the past three decades, our team has acquired over 50 businesses in various sectors and regions. In each case, we have assembled teams from multiple disciplines and aligned the interests of all key stakeholders - shareholders, management, employees and clients. 

We have benefited from fostering a culture of ownership with broad employee participation. The integrated businesses helped redefine their respective markets, ultimately showcasing best-in-class services, elevating the client experience, achieving sustainable organic growth and creating over $2 billion of shareholder value.

The Opportunity

In a tightly fragmented vacation rental industry, we have identified a unique opportunity to build a world-class ecosystem of ultra-luxe vacation rentals with a global brand and reach, offering five-star boutique and high-touch services.

Our vision is to simplify and enhance the lives of HNW and UHNW homeowners and elevate their guest experience by combining an innovative suite of specialized services of a five-star boutique with the reach, resources, and technology of a global hospitality leader.

Our partners will provide access, relationships and expertise in one or more aspects of the market, such as a particular geographical area, property management and/or villa rental marketing, and other complementary services such as real estate, insurance, public relations, and marketing consulting.

Our plan is to assemble several luxury vacation rental and property management businesses that will provide a fully integrated service offering, including bespoke concierge services, insurance, real estate and home care consulting and other complementary offerings. This growing suite of services will be delivered through a combination of acquisitions, internally developed services and strategic partnerships. a
